MRPS MİMARLIK TEKSTİL DEK. HED. EŞYA SAN VE TİC.A.Ş.  products are sent to our customers by Yurtiçi Cargo. Your orders are shipped within 3 working days at the latest (excluding public holidays and weekends). The cargo company delivers the product you purchased to the address you specified in the order. If you are not present at the specified address, a note is left informing you that you can pick up your cargo from the nearest branch. If you go to the branch within three days and do not receive your package, your package will be returned to us.

In order to provide you with a faster and more effective service, we kindly ask you to check the products during delivery and in case of any damage (crush, tear, opening, wetting, etc.), we ask you to provide the return of the damaged products by keeping a report to the cargo authority. If a record is not kept, we cannot refund the product price to you, as we cannot compensate for the damage from the cargo company. For this reason, we would like to emphasize that you should be sensitive to this issue when receiving your product.

Return Policy

If you want to return or change the product you have purchased, you must notify your return and/or replacement request regarding the product to the e-mail address info@mariposabebe.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

The product change in the shopping you have made on our website is only valid for size and color changes. Except for size and color change, you can return the product you requested for exchange, and then you can order again from mariposabebe.com if you wish.

After you receive the return or exchange confirmation e-mail, please fill in the return section on the front of your invoice and fill in the product invoice with the "Etiler Mahallesi Zeytinoğlu Caddesi No:4 Arzu 2 Apt No:4 Arzu 2 Apartment, D:a:7, 34337 Beşiktaş/Istanbul". If the purchased product invoice is issued on behalf of an institution, the relevant institution must issue a return invoice equal to the invoice amount during the return.

Returns and exchanges must be made in the original box or packaging that was sent to you. Products must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in the original condition in which they were delivered to you, in a resalable condition. In cases where the examined product does not comply with the above-mentioned conditions, the product cannot be exchanged, refunded and the price cannot be refunded.

Product exchange and return are evaluated on the day the package reaches us. If the product return is approved, your refund amount will be refunded to the credit card you used to purchase the product within 10 business days after the product reaches us. In case the product exchange is not approved, the product will be sent to the address within 2 working days at the latest.

Order cancellation

You can send an e-mail to info@mariposabebe.com to cancel your order. If your order has not been shipped, your order will be canceled according to the order cancellation request you specified in the e-mail. If your order has been shipped, the return procedure will be executed.
